This information was sent to the entire Flager County School System to warn teachers of the possible illegal contents of their students' backpacks.

Just FYI . . . while most highlighters appear to be just that, these highlighters are made to have the end cap come off and be inserted into a small hole on the side of the highlighter. The person can then use it to smoke marijuana. They sell on-line for $16.00. The highlighter actually writes and feels like a real highlighter. Here is a link to a news report out of Las Vegas.
